El estr\u00e9s estado de preocupaci\u00f3n es toda fatiga f\u00edsica o psicol\u00f3gica que se encuentra fuera de lo habitual demanda de nuestro quehacer diario. No podemos trabajar m\u00e1s de 8 horas diarias, sino al cabo de un tiempo caer\u00edamos en estr\u00e9s al no soportar nuestro organismo tal demanda, porque estar\u00edamos quit\u00e1ndole el due\u00f1o y el esparcimiento a nuestro cuerpo para que se pueda restablecer del desgate f\u00edsico y mental. Si lo perturbamos por la presi\u00f3n del trabajo, estudio, etc.; provocar\u00edamos un estado ansioso que caer\u00eda en estr\u00e9s, estado dde preocupaci\u00f3n. En la mayor\u00eda de casos llegamos al estr\u00e9s debido a las demandas grandes que se le impone a nuestro organismo por querer estar en este mundo moderno de exigencias laborales y de estudio. Todo tiene un l\u00edmite de uso, y nuestro cuerpo y nuestra mente no pueden escapar a esa ley.<\/p>\r\n<h3>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que provoca el estr\u00e9s?<\/h3>\r\n<p>Su cuerpo reacciona ante el estr\u00e9s al liberar hormonas. Estas hormonas hacen que su cerebro est\u00e9 m\u00e1s alerta, causar que sus m\u00fasculos se tensionen y aumentar su pulso. A corto plazo, estas reacciones son buenas porque pueden ayudarle a manejar la situaci\u00f3n que causa el estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n<h3>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los tipos de estr\u00e9s?<\/h3>\r\n<p>El manejo del estr\u00e9s puede resultar complicado y confuso porque existen diferentes tipos de estr\u00e9s: estr\u00e9s agudo, estr\u00e9s agudo epis\u00f3dico y estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico.
